The Junior Session (ages 9-12) is designed to be more spontaneous and interactive. Young listeners participate in creating the characters, developing the storyline and resolving the tale. Intentional entertainment, everyday issues are discussed in a bright and lively manner.
On his feet and in motion, Dambra delivers from any and everywhere in the room. Bringing the program to the audience helps to fashion an intimate and personal experience. Resembling theater-in-the-round, no staging or amplification is necessary. This is an excellent venue for small to medium numbered groups.

Dambra taught theater arts for the Southern New Jersey Consortium for Gifted and Talented Children, improvisational performance at the Ritz Theater, and professional child, teen and adult acting classes for over twenty-five years. He has participated in Arts in the Schools programs and State Teen Arts Festivals. Public and professional recognition for his work with young actors provided funding to write and produce shows addressing drug prevention and teen suicide. As an ‘artist in residence’, he aids in the creation and development of the Core Curriculum Content for Visual and Performing Arts. Dambra’s curriculum is presently being taught in theater programs and companies in several states. He teaches an active roster of private acting students and conducts Master Classes in New York City. The intent of study is to provide practiced, professional instruction. Drawing upon a constantly evolving and increasingly effective syllabus, Dambra presents sound fundamental and philosophical techniques. The curriculum is comprehensive. The process is physical, mental and emotional. The integrity of the coursework demands a genuine interest and a sincere investment. Private instruction is a personal program that examines, explores and extends professional growth. Refining old skills, acquiring new ones, gaining competence, growing confident, preparing for drama competition, production audition or college admission, independent study allows an actor to attend specific needs and achieve specific goals. Independent study is schooling for the well disciplined, very determined and truly stage bound actor.
