We all have that someone we’d like to spend an evening with.  Someone we have always found fascinating, someone from the world of music or literature or history or philosophy or art.  Who wouldn’t welcome the chance to  listen to Twain spin a tall tale or John Lennon speak his mind or Lucille Ball tell truths as she sees them, and then...ask the questions you always wanted to ask?  Wouldn’t that be an extraordinary experience?
Those chosen to enact these roles and embody these personalities are accomplished actors.  Each personality has been thoroughly researched, studied and emulated.  Each actor delivers a precise and insightful portrayal, through a narrative steeped in autobiographical, philosophical, cultural and anecdotal text and in interaction with the audience during the  Q&A that follows.
Neither a ‘legends live’ nor mere impersonation, this is an artistic work of character resurrection.  Within moments, time is suspended and belief is surrendered.
‘A Visit With...’ is most provocative entertainment.
